We offer affordable shipping on all domestic and international orders. For ready to ship fragrances, please allow 3-5 business days for processing, plus shipping time. For custom perfumes, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing, plus shipping time. Orders placed on weekends and major holidays will be processed the next business day. We do not deliver on weekends or holidays. During peak and festival seasons, there may be processing and shipping delays.

Standard shipping within India is available for a flat rate of ₹50.
Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹1000.
We deliver to all pin codes across India.
Express delivery within India (2-3 business days, after processing) is available for a flat rate of ₹70.
Priority shipping is available for metro cities with next-day delivery options at ₹100.
Orders valued at less than ₹2000 are shipped via India Post or local courier services.
Orders valued from ₹2000 to ₹5000 are shipped via BlueDart or DTDC.
Orders valued above ₹5000 are shipped via premium courier services with tracking.
Orders valued above ₹10,000 are shipped with complimentary insurance and may require a signature upon delivery.
International shipping rates vary depending on the destination:
Australia: ₹3500
United States and Canada: ₹4000
United Kingdom and Europe: ₹3800
Middle East: ₹3000
Southeast Asia: ₹2500
All international orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx. Shipping, customs, duties, and taxes are calculated at checkout depending on the country. There may be delays during peak seasons, including holidays.
You may contact your customs office for additional information. There can be occasional customs or courier delays which may affect your delivery timeframe, which unfortunately are beyond our control.
International orders are eligible for returns only in case of damaged goods.

Orders valued ₹10,000+ INR, premium fragrances, and limited edition collections may require a signature upon delivery.
We accept returns and exchanges on unused and unopened items within 7 days of delivery for domestic orders.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a product defect.
Please note that international orders are eligible for returns only in case of damaged goods.
Custom or personalized fragrances cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
